Last updated: April 2026. These Terms govern your use of pawnvision.com and the PawnVision-operated SaaS products (QanoonX, PawnCRM, TeamContext). By using any of them, you agree to this.
Who we are
PawnVision (Pvt.) Ltd., a company incorporated in Pakistan, Islamabad (“PawnVision”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the person or organisation using our sites or products.
Your account
You’re responsible for keeping your credentials private and for everything done under your account. Notify us immediately at security@pawnvision.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable use
Don’t use our products to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, reverse-engineer our systems, scrape at industrial scale, circumvent access controls, or submit content you don’t have the right to submit. QanoonX is an assistive research tool, not a licensed lawyer — you remain responsible for your legal work and all professional obligations to your clients.
Prohibited content
You may not use our products, or the services we provide, in connection with:
- Any activity that violates Pakistani law or the law of your jurisdiction
- Adult / pornographic content, gambling, narcotics, firearms, or counterfeit goods
- Money laundering, terrorism financing, or sanctions evasion
- Unlicensed financial services, cryptocurrency trading, or pyramid schemes
- Spam, unsolicited bulk mail, phishing, malware distribution
- Hate speech, harassment, or content targeting minors
- Infringement of intellectual property or unauthorised scraping of protected material
We reserve the right to suspend access immediately for any suspected violation.
Intellectual property
We own the software and brand. You keep ownership of the content you put into our products. You grant us a limited licence to process it, only to deliver the service.
Pricing & payment
All prices on this website and in our products are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise. For enterprise and custom-build engagements, pricing is quoted in PKR on a per-project basis after scoping — contact us for a written proposal.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Taxes (including SST / GST where applicable) are added at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our SBP-licensed payment gateway.
Refunds, returns & cancellation
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full terms. In short: cancel anytime, 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscriptions, no refund on already-consumed usage.
Warranties & liability
We work hard to keep our products reliable, but they are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is capped at the fees you paid us in the preceding twelve months.
Termination
Either side can end this agreement with 30 days’ notice. We may suspend access immediately if you breach the acceptable-use or prohibited-content sections.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad — or your local jurisdiction if a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country requires otherwise.
Changes
We’ll tell you about material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
