Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: April 2026. This policy applies to all purchases made on pawnvision.com and within our SaaS products (QanoonX, PawnCRM, TeamContext). All amounts are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

First-time subscribers to any paid plan may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge — no questions asked. Email billing@pawnvision.com with your invoice number. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellations

You can cancel any subscription at any time from the product’s billing settings, or by emailing us. On cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again.
  • No refund is issued for the unused portion of the current period, except as required by law.

3. Annual plans

If you cancel an annual plan after the 14-day window, no pro-rated refund is issued — the plan remains active until its renewal date. We do not auto-renew without notifying you 14 days in advance.

4. Custom product builds

For client services (design / build / rescue projects), the refund terms are set in the project agreement. As a default: a 50% deposit is non-refundable after kick-off; remaining milestones are refundable for work not yet performed.

5. Chargebacks

Please email us before raising a chargeback. We resolve the vast majority of billing issues within one business day. A contested chargeback without prior contact may result in account suspension pending investigation.

6. Service not as described

If a product or build fails to match its documented description, email billing@pawnvision.com with details. We’ll either resolve the issue or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

7. Failed transactions

If a charge succeeds but you did not receive the purchased plan or service, we’ll either provision the plan or reverse the charge within 3 business days.

8. Taxes

Applicable sales and income tax (FBR / SST) is non-refundable once remitted. We refund the base price only, per Pakistani tax regulations.

How to request a refund

Email billing@pawnvision.com with:

  1. The email address on your account
  2. The invoice number or transaction ID
  3. A short reason (optional, but helps us improve)

We acknowledge within one business day and complete refunds within 7–10 business days.
