What does PawnVision do?
PawnVision (Pvt.) Ltd. is a software studio based in Islamabad, Pakistan. We operate three SaaS products — QanoonX, PawnCRM and TeamContext — and we also build custom software products for client teams, with a specialisation in AI-first applications.
Is PawnVision a registered company?
Yes. PawnVision (Pvt.) Ltd. is a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act 2017 in Pakistan. We file annual accounts and pay all applicable taxes.

Islamabad, Pakistan. Remote-friendly for clients and employees.

Is there a free plan?
Yes — all three products ship with a free “Signal” tier you can use without a credit card. Paid tiers are priced per product (PKR) and billed monthly or annually.
Pricing & payments
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are quoted and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We do not offer USD or other foreign-currency pricing on this website.
What payment methods do you accept?
Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via our SBP-licensed payment gateway, and direct bank transfer for annual or enterprise plans (invoiced).
Is my payment secure?
Yes. We never see or store your card details. All card processing is handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant, SBP-licensed payment processor.
Do you share pricing for custom builds?

Refunds & cancellations
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime, from the product’s billing settings or by emailing us. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid subscriptions. After that, no pro-rated refund, but you keep access through the end of the billing period.
Data & privacy
Where is my data stored?
In AWS ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India region — the closest low-latency AWS region to Pakistan). We do not replicate data to other regions without your consent.
Is my data encrypted?
Yes — TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest. Access restricted to named employees on a least-privilege basis.
How can I export or delete my data?
Email privacy@pawnvision.com. We respond within 30 days.
