Do you sign NDAs? Yes, after the intro call. Before that, a short vague brief is enough — we're not trying to steal ideas, we're trying to decide if we can help.
Time zones? We're in Islamabad (UTC+5). We overlap comfortably with GCC, EU, and US East. We meet synchronously twice a week — async the rest.
Do you do fixed-price? For v1 scopes, yes. For ongoing work, we prefer retainers — easier for both of us, and there's a kill switch at every sprint.
