Last updated: April 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how PawnVision (Pvt.) Ltd. (“PawnVision”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, stores and safeguards information from visitors to pawnvision.com and the three SaaS products we operate — QanoonX, PawnCRM and TeamContext.
Who we are
PawnVision (Pvt.) Ltd., a company incorporated in Pakistan, is the data controller for information collected through this website and our products. Head office: Islamabad, Pakistan. Contact: privacy@pawnvision.com.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, company, role — when you sign up for a product or contact us.
- Payment data — card details are processed by our licensed payment gateway (1LINK / SBP-regulated PSOs). We never see, store, or log your full card number; we only retain the masked last four digits and transaction references.
- Usage telemetry — product events, error traces, device type, and rough (country-level) geolocation.
- Content — documents, prompts, CRM records you submit to our products; stored encrypted at rest and in transit.
- Cookies — functional cookies (session, auth) and aggregated analytics only. No behavioural retargeting or third-party ad trackers.
How we use it
Only for the purposes it was collected: operating the products you signed up for, answering your questions, processing payments, billing, and (with opt-in) sending product updates. We do not sell personal data to anyone, ever.
Who we share with
A small set of sub-processors, each bound by a Data Processing Agreement:
- Infrastructure — Amazon Web Services (ap-south-1 region, data kept within the region)
- Payments — SBP-licensed gateway (processes card data under PCI DSS)
- Email — Postmark
- Error monitoring — Sentry

Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data at any time. Email us and we’ll complete the request within 30 days. Pakistani residents have rights under the Personal Data Protection framework; EU/UK residents additionally have rights under GDPR/UK-GDPR.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. Usage logs are rotated at 90 days. Transaction records and invoices are retained as required by Pakistani tax and SBP regulations (typically 6 years).
Security
All traffic is TLS 1.2+; data at rest is AES-256 encrypted. Access is restricted to named employees on a least-privilege basis and audited monthly.
Children
Our products are not directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect data from them.
